Cancellation and Refund

At Craftzada , we take pride in curating a selection of handcrafted products sourced from talented artisans and craftsmen across India. Please note that these items are not manufactured by us but are handcrafted by independent  artists and craftsmen. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, size, and design, reflecting the individuality of the artisan. By purchasing from us, you are supporting these artisans and their communities, preserving traditional craftsmanship and promoting ethical sourcing practices.

Due to the delicate nature of our handmade handicrafts, we do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind or minor imperfections. We understand that each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or pattern. This is part of the charm of handmade items. However, we do accept returns and offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products   

    If you receive a product that is significantly damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the following evidence: Clear photos or videos of the damaged product, showcasing the extent of the damage. A video of you unboxing the package, clearly showing the damaged product and its original packaging. Once we have reviewed the evidence and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the return process. You will be required to return the damaged product to us in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a full refund or offer a replacement, as per your preference.

  • Incorrect Items  

    If you receive items that do not match your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide the following information: Your order number A photo or description of the incorrect items you received A photo or description of the correct items you ordered We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect items.

  • Additional Notes: 

    We do not accept returns or offer refunds for quality issues that are not related to damage during shipping. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. 

  • Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
  • If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
  • Kindly note that company is not liable for any returns caused due to wrong pin code given or incorrect mobile number provided.

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we regret that we cannot process returns or refunds for issues other than mentioned above. Each item is uniquely crafted for you.
